One of my goals for 2023 was to bring more color back into my daily outfits! I feel like I fell into the neutral clothing style in 2022, which isn't me. I was a hardcore 2015 Lilly Pulitzer prepster to my core. Every time I go into my closet I feel like I don't have anything to wear because I don't know how to style neutral pieces and none of them bring me joy like a bright and colorful piece does. So in 2023, I plan to purchase pieces that I will want to wear over and over because they bring me joy!
Today I'm rounding up a few of my most recent outfits that are filled with color and that I truly love!
Sweater: Show Me Your Mumu
Jeans: Abercrombie High Rise Skinny (Similar pair)
Shoes: Platform Converse
I've actually had my eye on this Show Me Your Mumu sweater for a while! I was scrolling through Amazon and it happened to be on sale, so it was the perfect time to purchase! The quality of this sweater is so good, so I know that it will last in my closet for a long time! I love the pinks and oranges in this sweater! It's perfect for all seasons if you ask me! I purchased it in a size small and it's the perfect oversize fit!
Sweater: SHEIN Turtleneck
Shoes: Uggs Ultra Mini
One thing that I love doing when trying out new styles is shopping SHEIN. I know that not everyone likes shopping sites like SHEIN, but I think it's a great way to save money to see if you like a trend before investing in more expensive pieces! I don't tend to wear a lot of light blues, but I loved the pattern of this sweater! It's also under $20 which is also great! I got a size small and it fits perfectly!
Cardigan: BLANKNYC Cardigan
Definitely saving the best for last here! This cardigan screams preppy colorful winter style! The quality is absolutely amazing, Most knit sweaters tend to be loose or rough in material, and that's not the case with this one! It's so incredibly warm and soft that I never want to take it off! I ordered a size Medium! I styled it with my favorite basics from Abercrombie and my go-to platform converse!
