3 years of Just Gingerly Blog. That seems so crazy to say that I started on this blogging journey 3 years ago. It was February 2020 when I hit publish on my first blog post. I was 22 years old, living at home, and had no idea a pandemic was coming. I never knew that when I hit publish then, that I would be doing this as a career just 3 short years later.
This past year of Just Gingerly has been the most eventful, to say the least. It was in April of 2022 that I left a job as a social media manager at a local boutique and took a chance on myself to make Just Gingerly into my job. I told myself when I left that role, that I would give myself a full month of just blogging/influencing to see if I could really do this. Here we are in 2023, and I'm still going! I 100% would not be here without all of you that take the time to hang out with me on social media every day, so I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
I am so excited to see what year 4 has in store for my space here on the internet! Social media is such an ever-changing thing, and I can't wait to see what this year looks like.
With that, I want to recap some of my favorite moments on Just Gingerly this past year! This past year I have been able to work with more brands than ever before! This has been one of my favorite parts! I love being able to learn about new products and share them all with you all!
One of my favorite collaborations from this year was working with Mcdonald's of the Greater Carolinas! This was one of the coolest opportunities that I would have never imagined happening and I got to include Sully! I have also loved continuing my relationship with Vera Bradley! They were one of the first brands I worked with in 2020, and I'm so grateful that they continue to trust me with their brand!
A huge personal accomplishment that I wouldn't have been able to achieve without Just Gingerly was purchasing my first car solely in my name! This was a huge win for me and I'm
so proud of myself!
Another huge personal accomplishment is Chris and I purchased a new home this month! So many huge things have come from the support that I get here in this space and I am forever thankful!
I have so many plans and goals in 2023 for Just Gingerly! One thing that I am doing to learn and grow in this space is taking creator courses through Bloom into Beautiful University! I have learned so much already and I'm just getting started!
